How does PhoneQ work?
You send us the phone number you would like to have verified (any client, or just clients who may appear to be high fraud, or those of who have failed certain checkmarks in standard fraud prevention system), via post, we call the client with your customized message, the client then responds to the phone message, we will post the answer back to you, or provide you real time reports on the results, the field are indicated as approved, declined, answering machine, line disconnected, line busy or no answer. The system can then take further steps as preset in the command, the system can also call the client multiple times.
By using the PhoneQ system, 2000Charge has proven to reduce online fraud without reducing the sales as other fraud prevention tools may do. On the old email confirmation system, the messages can be easily overseen by the spam filled e-mail boxes, now with the PhoneQ system clients get a second confirmation thru voice message, which has proven to be far more effective than e-mail confirmations.
