The 2000Charge Referral Program, lets you monitor sales and banners for website advertising. If you are a 2000Charge client and are interested in bringing in more traffic to your site, and enhancing your site, you can join our Referral Program. When visitors are sent to your site, you payout partners for referrals. These links come in the form of banners and text links. The program allows you to supply the HTML code for these links to your partners.
How does it work? Banners can be made available for partners to place on their site. A visitor is directed to your site, from a banner or link you have supplied to the referring site. Partner payouts (per sign up or percentage recurring) can be set within the program. The Referral Program lets you sign up and manage partners. You can also monitor and track stats coming from advertisements that have been setup.
The 2000Charge Referral Program is an advanced tracking system comprised of several enterprise-level servers, dedicated and redundant DS3 bandwidth, and off-site database backup protection.

A: The referral/webmaster program is absolutely FREE for 2000Charge clients.
Q: Can I adjust the payout to the amount I want?
A: Yes, we do not limit your payout amount in any way.
Q: Will 2000 Charge.Com pay the resellers out of my net profit from my membership-based websites?
A: Yes, we can provide payment services by deducting the Webmaster Program expenses from your 2000 Charge.Com Credit Card, European Bank Debit, AsiaPay and Check Processing revenue.

Referral Program Fees
The Referral program is provided to 2000Charge Clients for no extra fee. Payment to referrers wil be deducted from the webmasters account balance.
Chargeback Fees
All refunds or chargebacks associated with referrer sales will be deducted from the Webmaster and referrer accounts, equal to the amount they received for the sale. The Webmaster becomes fully responsible if a referrer quits their account, is removed from our system, or has a negative balance. We also use a negative database to test for chargebacks and returns.
Holding Fees
The fees are taken from the Webmaster's portion of the sale. It is up to the Webmaster to split any 2000Charge fees with their referrers. We do not take any fees from the referrers. Webmasters are also responsible for all holdbacks. Our contract is with the Webmaster, not the referrers. The referrers are using the software through the Webmaster of the site.
Check Issue Fees
Payout check and wire fees will be deducted out of affiliate account balance.

Wire fees for affiliates:
$30.00 U.S.
$40.00 International
Minimum Pay Out Amount
The Minimum Check issue amount is $100.00 The referrer will receive a check once their total equals or exceeds $100.00. We pay out affiliates once a month, at the end of the month. Pay outs are made one period behind the current month.
